Position Highlights

·       Title: Product Application Engineer

Background Requirements

·    Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineer

·    1-4 years’ experience

·    Must exhibit good logical technical knowledge and organizational skills.

·    Good understanding of Industrial Automation – Hardware and Software

·    Knowledge of major PLC languages, IEC61131, C#, C++, and others understanding of VFD’s, PLC’s, Motion Control, Robotics, Fieldbus systems

·    Self-driven and Proactive learner

·    Willing to travel >30%

Job Responsibilities

·    Advise customers on proper technology and product selection

·    Diagnose and solve customers’ automation issues using standard trouble-shooting tools and techniques

·    Understand the customers’ needs while offering standard and custom training as subject matter experts to support our products and projects

·    Perform troubleshooting and research toward the resolution of our customer base

·    Other duties and special projects as assigned
