Background Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
• Experienced with Metal Stampings and/or Weldings
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Experience with CNC machining, automation, and robotics is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Design and optimize production layouts, tooling, and fixtures to maximize operational efficiency
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to resolve engineering and manufacturing challenges
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing and validating manufacturing processes
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools for process design and improvements
• Monitor production data, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven improvements
• Train and support production teams on best manufacturing practices
