Position Highlights

- Full Time Direct Hire
Background Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 8 or more years of related direct supervisory experience
- Leadership skills with ability to motivate large groups with positive attitude and high motivation
- Ability to correct inappropriate behaviors in a fair and consistent manner
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to promote a team environment
- Sold problem-solving skills using a variety of statistical and root cause tools
- Excellent organizational skills that promote efficiency and leadership
- Budget preparation and control experience
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication systems, PLC, nomenclature, close tolerance measurement, CNC, CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management systems) and IT systems
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical blueprints, electrical diagrams, electrical distribution systems, compressed air systems and HVAC systems.
- High-volume manufacturing process experience with machining and assembly operations
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor primary functions of maintenance, facilities, infrastructure and IT, including planning, technical development, capital planning and daily support
- Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for all reporting functions
- Develop strategy to satisfy customers, shareholders and team members
- Responsible for department performance, analyzing cause and effect and taking appropriate action
- Develop and be accountable to operating plan and financial commitments
- Communicate operating plan targets, action plans and financial commitments
- Promote continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost performance through Kaizen and lead positive changes
- Support staff and team members by providing training, instruction and leadership with regards to personal growth and job performance
