We are partnering with a custom manufacturer and printer of flexible packaging, pouches, bags, shrink sleeves and roll fed labels.  who is hiring for an Electrical Assembler.

Position Highlights

• Title: Electrical Assembler

• Full-Time Direct Hire

 

Background Requirements

·    2-3 years of electrical assembly experience preferred. 

·    Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics, understand terminology and apply best electrical assembly practices with respect panel building, wire distribution, cable management and electrical systems, ensuring the quality and safety of the build.

·    Good mechanical ability and manual dexterity are essential.

·    Maintain tool requirement needs. 

 

Job Responsibilities

·    Prepares work to be completed by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, electrical drawings, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.

·    Ensure all mechanical and electrical components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.

·    Mount parts and subassemblies using templates and/or drawings, neatly route cables using electrical schematics verifying specifications by measuring completed component.

·    Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

·    Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Including safe operation of hand and power tools.

·    Actively seeks team support for problem-solving and participates with ideas for continuous improvement.

·    Assist operations with other assemblies, subassemblies, or frames safely using hand and power tools.
